Michelle is a goddess and such a mother. I have the biggest car anxiety possible after barely surviving an accident that caused me to have my femur and left cheek on my face replaced. Then a mechanic broke the latch on my hood and folded in on me while driving.Car maintenance scares me to my core.
This woman has shown nothing but compassion, patience, and understanding.
I will not go anywhere while I am here in Washington for car maintenance. She has made me feel safe in my car again and has taken the time to break things down for me and explain why I need XYZ. I can call her about any questions, she's relatable and makes me feel comfortable leaving my car unattended to have it worked on.
Miss Debbie, the shuttle driver, is such a sweet lady as well. She has the best stories to tell, and her wisdom and care for her customers are something I'm grateful to have in my presence when she drives me home.
These two have made me feel secure once again to be in my car, to be in a mechanics shop, to let someone touch my car. No one can quite understand how important this is and how deep this is for someone with trauma to the point of having tremors while driving their vehicle.
I don't anymore, and that's thanks to the team at Toyota of Olympia, but most importantly, Michelle and Debbie, thank you, ladies
